D’après ce ministre qui était encore en poste au moment du coup d’Etat, lors des récentes sessions du conseil des ministres, en lieu et place d’Ali Bongo, c’était Sylvia Bongo qui prenait place en bout de table, parfois secondée de son fils Noureddin. Chers lecteurs c’est grave !

 

D’après cet ex-ministre, tous les membres des récents gouvernements peuvent témoigner de ce fait, même s’ils n’ont jamais rien dit. Tous les Premiers Ministres étaient au courant de ces agissements, les Vice-Présidents et les personnes à la tête des institutions aussi.

 

Chers lecteurs, si Sylvia Bongo a pu pendant des années, assoir son imposture à la tête de l’Etat, sans aucune attribution constitutionnelle, c’est parce qu’elle a forcément bénéficié de la complicité et de la lâcheté de nombreuses personnes clés qui constitutionnellement, devaient la stopper. Tous ces traitres doivent être démasqués, débusqués, et traduits devant les instances judiciaires pour manquement à leurs devoirs constitutionnels.

 

La notion de manquement au devoir renvoie au fait de l’omission, par négligence ou obstination, d’exécuter une obligation légale ou morale à l’égard d’une attente raisonnable. C’est une offense spécifique de leadership et de responsabilité. Le manquement au devoir, ou le non-respect a des obligations, peut affaiblir la nation et mettre en péril la cohésion nationale en permettant qu’une catastrophe se produise.

 

Ceux qui ont permis à Sylvia Bongo de faire ce qu’elle a fait sont tout aussi coupables qu’elle. Cela signifie que ces personnes avaient le devoir de réagir face aux risques ; et pourtant elles n’ont pris aucune mesure, ou ont en fait ignoré ce qui se passait autour d’elles.
