The international press has analyzed the first appointments made by Brice-Clotaire Ologui-Nguema, and estimated that the president of the Gabonese transition surrounded himself mainly with military personnel, and figures from two provinces: Haut-Ogooué and Woleu-Ntem.

 

The officers of the security and defense forces who have been given positions are the Minister of Transport, Captain Loïc Moudouma Dinga; the Director General of Land Transport, Colonel Jean Bruno Moussavou Mandoukou; as head of the merchant navy, he was a lieutenant-colonel, Ludovic Edgar Moundounga; for the National Office for the Security and Facilitation of Airports of Gabon (ONSFAG), the boss is Colonel Justin Andouka; for the Compagnie Nationale de Navigation Intérieur et Internationale (CNNII), it is Rear Admiral Alain Jérôme Mounguet Ingoule.

 

As head of the Gabonese Ports and Rades Office (OPRAG), it is Martin Boguikouma, a Teke from Haut-Ogooué who will have as his hierarchical assistant, a naval officer, Rear Admiral Marc Sossa Simawango.

 

The head of the Electronic Communications and Postal Regulatory Authority (Arcep) is now Major General Yves Ditengou. At the Ministry of Economy and Shareholdings, Colonel Landry Mbondo has become Director General of Customs and Indirect Taxes. The Directorate-General of Taxes is headed by Eric Boumah.

 

The Ministry of Public Accounts is headed by Charles Mba, a native of Woleu-Ntem. At the head of the public treasury is Luther Abouna Yangui, a native of Haut-Ogooué.

 

At Caistab the boss is Ulrich Oligui Gnamalengoungou, who is the brother of Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema through their mother. As head of the Budget, Marie-Madeleine Mborantsuo's son, Fabrice Andjoua-Bongo, gives way to Aurélien Marcel Mintsa Mi Nguema, who is Oligui-Nguema's brother, through their father.

 

At the Ministry of Oil, it is Marcel Abéké, from Haut-Ogooué; who is assisted by Arnauld Engandji who is Special Advisor to Oligui-Nguema in charge of hydrocarbons, mines and energy. The director general of hydrocarbons is Ernest Ndong Nguema, with Ferdinand Epigat, a member of the Bongo family, as his deputy. Gabon Oil Company (GOC) is headed by a native of Haut-Ogooué, Igor John Calix Nguia.

 

At SEEG, it is still a native of Haut-Ogooué, Joël Lehman Sandoungout, who is the CEO.

La presse internationale a analysé les premières nominations de Brice-Clotaire Ologui-Nguema, et a estimé que le président de la transition gabonaise s’est entouré essentiellement de militaires, et de figures de deux provinces : le Haut-Ogooué et le Woleu-Ntem.

 

Les officiers des forces de sécurité et de défenses ayant obtenu des postes sont le ministre des transports, le capitaine de vaisseau Loïc Moudouma Dinga ; le directeur général des transports terrestres, le colonel Jean Bruno Moussavou Mandoukou ; comme patron de la marine marchande, c'est un lieutenant-colonel, Ludovic Edgar Moundounga ; pour l'Office national de la sûreté et de la facilitation des aéroports du Gabon (ONSFAG), le patron c’est le colonel Justin Andouka ; pour la Compagnie nationale de navigation intérieure et internationale (CNNII), c’est le contre-amiral Alain Jérôme Mounguet Ingoule.

 

Comme patron de l'Office des ports et rades du Gabon (Oprag), c’est Martin Boguikouma, un téké du Haut-Ogooué qui aura pour adjoint hiérarchique un officier de la marine, le contre-amiral Marc Sossa Simawango.

 

Le patron de l'Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes (Arcep) est desormais le général de division Yves Ditengou. Au ministère de l'économie et des participations, c’est le colonel Landry Mbondo, qui devient directeur général des douanes et droits indirects. La direction générale des impôts a pour patron Eric Boumah.

 

Le ministère des comptes publics est dirigé par Charles Mba, un ressortissant du Woleu-Ntem. A la tete du Tresor public c’est Luther Abouna Yangui un ressortissant du Haut-Ogooué.

Le directeur général des hydrocarbures est Ernest Ndong Nguema, avec pour adjoint Ferdinand Epigat, un membre de la famille Bongo. La Gabon Oil Company (GOC) a à sa tête un ressortissant du Haut-Ogooué, Igor John Calix Nguia.

 

A la SEEG, c’est encore un ressortissant du du Haut-Ogooué, Joël Lehman Sandoungout, qui est le PDG.
