"The house of justice is a reflection of what Gabon is today", it is with this very honest phase that the Minister of Justice opened the debate. He knew that the task was going to be impossible, he inherited a department that was rotten in every way. To expect him to work miracles would be bad faith. For this first year, we give Minister Gondjout the average, that is to say 10/20, because of his honesty. Next year he will be judged on the progress he would have made, or not.

« La maison justice est a l’image de ce qu’est le Gabon aujourd’hui », c’est avec cette phase très honnête que le ministre de la Justice a ouvert le débat. Il savait que la tache allait être impossible, il a hérité d’un département pourri a tous points de vue. S’attendre a ce qu’il fasse des miracles relèverait de la mauvaise foi. Pour cette première année, nous accordons au Ministre Gondjout la moyenne, c’est-à-dire 10/20, a cause de son honnêteté. L’année prochaine il sera jugé sur les progrès qu’il aurait fait, ou non.
