Already engaged in a financial dispute with the Gabonese State, the Italian businessman Guido Santullo also finds himself in conflict with the oil company Maurel & Prom.

Indeed, Guido Santullo has just sued Maurel & Prom before the Paris Commercial Court for uncompleted contracts.

Guido Santullo, the boss of the construction group Sericom, is asking more than 1.2 million euros (about 800 million CFA francs), to the Gabonese subsidiary of Maurel & Prom for work done by Hydro Public Works Gabon (HTPG), one of the entities of his group; that have not been settled to date.

These works are: the maintenance of tracks and platforms as well as civil engineering on the field of Onal, near Lambaréné. But the conflict between Santullo and Maurel & Prom seems older.

Indeed, since 2015, a company, Newland Consulting, would have claimed the payment of a commission of 2.73 million euros to HTPG, on a contract linking the construction group to Maurel & Prom. But not getting paid, Newland Consulting, would have seized in 2016 the accounts of Guido Santullo at the Edmond de Rothschild Bank in Monaco. This dispute is said to have raised concerns for Maurel & Prom, which is owned by the Indonesian state-owned company Pertamina.

Déjà engagé dans un litige financier avec l’Etat Gabonais, l’homme d’affaire Italien Guido Santullo se retrouve aussi en conflit avec la société pétrolière Maurel & Prom.

En effet, Guido Santullo vient de porter plainte à Maurel & Prom devant le tribunal de commerce de Paris pour marchés non exécutés.

Guido Santullo, patron du groupe de BTP Sericom, réclame plus de 1,2 million d’euros (environ 800 millions de francs CFA), à la filiale gabonaise de Maurel & Prom pour des travaux effectués par Hydro travaux publics Gabon (HTPG), l'une des entités de son groupe ; qui n'ont pas toujours été réglées à ce jour.

Ces travaux sont : l'entretien de pistes et plateformes ainsi que du génie civil sur le champ d'Onal, près de Lambaréné. Mais le conflit entre Santullo et Maurel & Prom semble plus ancien.

En effet, depuis 2015, une société, Newland Consulting, réclamerait le paiement d'une commission de 2,73 millions d’euros à HTPG, sur un contrat liant le groupe de BTP à Maurel & Prom. Mais ne parvenant pas à se faire payer, Newland Consulting, aurait fait saisir en 2016 les comptes de Guido Santullo à la Banque Edmond de Rothschild à Monaco. Ce litige aurait suscité des inquiétudes chez Maurel & Prom, qui est la propriété de la société d'Etat indonésienne Pertamina.
