Having noticed that no one with a political reach was biting its hook of national dialogue; having noted that they had spoken too early by declaring that the Gabonese political calendar would be executed by holding a regime-opposition dialogue followed by the legislative elections; the Ali Bongo regime had to postpone these legislative elections while it was busy fabricating a tailored opposition that would come to its dialogue and would play the role of a facade political minority at the future National Assembly. This bespoke opposition will be embodied by Démocratie Nouvelle of René Ndemezo'Obiang.

Act 1 consists of the following fact: since the Gabonese opposition does not want to let go, the regime must build its own opposition and turn as many people as possible from this opposition to weaken it.

Act 2: Démocratie Nouvelle will be the Trojan horse of the Ali Bongo’s regime. It is a matter of giving René Ndemezo'Obiang important financial means enabling him to bait certain big names of the Gabonese opposition and to position this party as a credible political interlocutor vis-a-vis the PDG.

Act 3: organize a pseudo-dialogue between Démocratie Nouvelle and the regime, and in the wake of this dialogue, organize legislative elections the result of which would see members of the opposition who have agreed to join Démocratie Nouvelle, naturally be elected to the parliament. To motivate the defections and pretend to have pluralism, Ali Bongo could give to this façade opposition up to 40% of the seats.

Act 4: we will be told that everything is normal in Gabon, the institutions are functioning and that even the opposition participates in the running of the country since it is very present in the parliament. But all this would only be fake.

Here is the scenario that the regime wants to deploy to stay in power and give Gabon a facade of democracy. We must stop it!

Ayant constaté que personne ayant une envergure politique ne mordait à son hameçon de dialogue national ; ayant constaté qu’il s’était avancé trop tôt en déclarant que le calendrier politique gabonais s’exécuterait par la tenue d’un dialogue pouvoir-opposition, suivi de la tenue des élections législatives ; le régime Ali Bongo a du renvoyer ces élections législatives, le temps de s’affairer à fabriquer une opposition sur mesure qui viendrait à son dialogue et jouerait le rôle de minorité politique de façade à la future Assemblée Nationale. Cette opposition sur mesure sera incarnée par Démocratie Nouvelle de René Ndemezo’Obiang.

L’acte 1 consiste au fait suivant : puisque l’opposition gabonaise ne veut rien lâcher, le régime doit se fabriquer sa propre opposition et débaucher autant de personnes que possible de cette opposition pour l’affaiblir.

L’acte 2 : Démocratie Nouvelle sera le cheval de Troie du régime Ali Bongo. Il s’agit de donner à René Ndemezo’Obiang d’importants moyens financiers lui permettant d’appâter certains noms de l’opposition gabonaise et de positionner ce parti comme un interlocuteur politique crédible face au PDG.

L’acte 3 : organiser un pseudo dialogue entre Démocratie Nouvelle et le régime, et dans la foulée de ce dialogue, organiser des législatives dont les opposants qui auront accepté de rejoindre Démocratie Nouvelle, seront naturellement élus députés. Pour motiver les défections et faire mine de pluralisme, Ali Bongo pourrait donner à cette opposition de façade, 40% des sièges.

L’acte 4 : on va nous dire que tout est normal au Gabon, les institutions fonctionnent et que même l’opposition participe à la marche du pays vu qu’elle soit très présente au parlement. Mais tout ceci ne serait qu’en trompe l’œil.

Chers lecteurs, voici le scenario que le régime veut déployer pour se maintenir au pouvoir et donner au Gabon une façade de démocratie. Nous devons y faire échec !
