Jean-Claude Marin est certainement un homme bien informé qui ne pourrait ignorer les antécédents de toute personne devant être reçue dans ses services. Il est donc au courant du rôle criminel joué par Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo lors du récent holdup up électoral perpétré par le régime Ali Bongo au Gabon.

En acceptant de recevoir Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo, pire, en postant fièrement sur la page twitter de la Cour de Cassation française, sa photo en compagnie de cette criminelle, on peut affirmer avec certitude que Jean-Claude Marin ait agit en pleine connaissance de cause.
