According to La Lettre du Continent, the scandal of the Kevazingogate might be the opportunity for the regime to get rid of a few people it no longer needs.

The regime sacked the minister in charge of forests, Guy-Bertrand Mapangou, and placed the ministry under the control of Prime Minister Julien Nkoghé Bekalé. Vice-President Pierre-Claver Maganga Moussavou has also been dismissed, but the LDC tells us that this post will not be reassigned anytime soon, because the regime would like to reorganize this function and entrust it to a close member of the regime. The LDC is citing the name of Jean-Norbert Diramba, for this post.

D’après La Lettre du Continent, le scandale du Kevazingogate serait l’occasion trouvée par le régime de se débarrasser de quelques personnes dont il n’aurait plus besoin.

Le régime a en effet limogé le ministre chargé des forêts, Guy-Bertrand Mapangou, et a placé ce ministère sous le contrôle du premier ministre, Julien Nkoghé Bekalé. Le vice-président Pierre-Claver Maganga Moussavou, a lui aussi été demis de ses fonctions, mais La LDC nous dit que ce poste ne serait pas réattribué de sitôt, car le régime voudrait réaménager cette fonction et la confier à un proche du regime. La LDC avance le nom de Jean-Norbert Diramba, pour ce poste.
