Ali Bongo and his henchmen have discovered once more, just how unpopular they are with the Gabonese population in general. They were promising that the inauguration of the Agondjé stadium would take place in front of a capacity crowd, that is in front of about 40000 people. The members of the organization committee were saying in the governmental media that all 40000 tickets had been distributed and that buses would be there to carry people from and to the stadium. Everything was going to be a major success. However, when the football match started, all these predictions of a full and enthusiastic crowd in the stands of the new stadium did not materialize. The Gabonese public clearly sent a message to Ali Bongo that they were not interested in participating in anything having to do with him. The Gabonese people are sick and tired of the Bongos and nothing would change that fact. These pictures are clearly showing that the public did not go to that stadium and this is a good sign for the wish that this same public would just ignore the coming legislative election and the subsequent African cup of nations. When people are suffering, they should not be asked to applaud their tormentors. Enough is enough! This is a slap in the face of Ali Bongo who wanted to fill this stadium by making this match free of charge. But when the people refuse to go to the stadium despite the free access, then the regime has to know that people are truly fed up. Congratulations to the Gabonese public for staying home and not going to the stadium. Next objective is to similarly stay home for the legislative election.

Ali Bongo et ses sbires ont découvert une fois de plus, à quel point ils sont impopulaires auprès de la population gabonaise en général. Ils avaient promis que l'inauguration du stade d’Agondjé aurait lieu devant une foule à capacité, ce qui aurait fait environ 40000 personnes. Les membres du comité d'organisation avaient dit dans les médias gouvernementaux que tous les 40000 billets avaient été distribués et que des autobus seraient là pour transporter les spectateurs vers le stade. Pour eux, tout devait être un succès majeur. Toutefois, lorsque le match de football a commencé, toutes ces prédictions d'une foule enthousiaste et pleine dans les tribunes du nouveau stade ne se sont pas concrétisées. Le public gabonais a clairement envoyé un message à Ali Bongo. Message qui semblait signifier qu'il n'était pas intéressé à participer à quoi que ce soit ayant à voir avec lui. Le peuple gabonais est fatigué des Bongo et rien ne changera ce fait. Ces images montrent formellement que le public n'était pas au stade et c'est un bon signe pour le souhait que ce même public puisse simplement ignorer les prochaines élections législatives et la Coupe d'Afrique des nations. Quand les gens souffrent, il ne devrait pas leur être imposé d’applaudir leurs bourreaux. Ça Suffit Comme Ça! Ces tribunes vides sont une gifle au visage d'Ali Bongo qui voulait combler ce stade, en déclarant la gratuité de ce match. Mais quand les gens refusent de se rendre au stade malgré le libre accès, c’est qu’ils ont vraiment marre du régime. Félicitations au public gabonais pour être resté à la maison et ne pas être allé au stade. Le prochain objectif serait de similairement rester à la maison lors des élections législatives.
