The Ali Bongo’s government has hired the former vice president of FC Barcelona, Jaume Ferrer Graupera, to manage its luxury tourism projects. It is said that several Barcelona football stars have also been associated with that project.

 

The project called Luxury Green Resort, is spearheaded by Gabon’s sovereign wealth fund. This project involves the building of high-end camps and luxury hotels in Libreville and Pongara National Park.
