Dear readers, the final report of the European Union Observation Mission is clear and unequivocal. We describe its essential content below:

1. The European Union has 28 Member States whitch are in alphabetical order: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden and the United Kingdom ,.

2. The report of the EU Observation Mission is therefore an official document endorsed by all 28 States; it is therefore the 28 States which are speaking in this report.

3. In this report, the EU diplomatically but firmly and unambiguously, reminds the Ali Bongo regime that it does not want to impose upon them, how to manage their internal affairs; But it offers the Gabonese a TESTIMONY OF THE ELECTORAL PROCESS AND AN EVALUATION THAT IS INTENDED TO DETERMINE THE WHERE THE COUNTRY IS IN RELATION TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND WHAT ARE THE NECESSARY PROCEDURES TO REACH THEM.

4. The report explains explicitly why it calls into question the proclamation of the results by the Ministry of the Interior and the CENAP in favor of Ali Bongo. The report makes it clear that "anomalies call into question the integrity of the process of consolidating of the results and the final tally of the election"; and that the results of the Haut-Ogooué province cannot be true since "the number of abstentions and null and void ballots in only one of the 15 local electoral commissions in this province is higher than that announced for all 15 Electoral Commissions of the Province".

5. The report concluded that "this finding calls into question the integrity of the province's results because the results of this province did reverse the trend noted by the Mission on the basis of the results announced by the governors of the other eight provinces of the country".

On the basis of this report, it is now established that for the 28 states comprising the European Union, the figures proclaimed in favor of Ali Bongo are not credible and therefore he did not win the election. In other words, this blog draws the conclusion that Ali Bongo cannot continue to serve as President of Gabon. We must embark on a diplomatic campaign aimed at the 28 EU members and organizations working with them, such as the United Nations and the African Union, to restore the rights of the Gabonese voters.

We will not give up! 2016 will not be 2009.

Chers lecteurs, le rapport final de la Mission d’Observation de l’Union Européenne est clair et sans équivoque possible. Nous en décortiquons les traits essentiels ci-dessous :

1. L'Union européenne compte 28 Etats membres, qui sont par ordre alphabétique: l'Allemagne, l'Autriche, la Belgique, la Bulgarie, Chypre, la Croatie, le Danemark, l'Espagne, l'Estonie, la Finlande, la France, la Grèce, la Hongrie, l'Irlande, l'Italie, la Lituanie, la Lettonie, le Luxembourg, Malte, les Pays-Bas, la Pologne, le Portugal, la République Tchèque, la Roumanie, le Royaume-Uni, la Slovaquie, la Slovénie et la Suède.

2. Le rapport de la Mission d’Observation de l’UE est donc un document officiel endossé par l’ensemble des 28 Etats; ce sont par conséquent les 28 Etats qui s’expriment dans ce rapport.

3. Dans ce rapport, l’UE rappelle diplomatiquement mais fermement et sans ambiguïté, au régime Ali Bongo, qu’elle ne tient pas à lui imposer comment gérer ses affaires internes ; mais elle offre aux Gabonais UN TÉMOIGNAGE DU PROCESSUS ÉLECTORAL ET UNE ÉVALUATION QUI SERVE À METTRE EN ÉVIDENCE OÙ SE SITUE LE PAYS PAR RAPPORT AUX NORMES INTERNATIONALES ET QUELLES SONT LES DÉMARCHES NÉCESSAIRES POUR ARRIVER À LES ATTEINDRE.

4. Le rapport explique et explicite pourquoi il remet en question la proclamation des résultats par le ministère de l’Intérieur et la CENAP en faveur d’Ali Bongo. Le rapport dit clairement que des "anomalies mettent en question l'intégrité du processus de consolidation des résultats et du résultat final de l'élection"; et que les résultats de la province du Haut-Ogooué ne peuvent être vrais puisque «le nombre d'abstentions et des bulletins blancs et nuls dans une seule des 15 Commissions électorales locales de cette province est supérieure à celui annoncé pour l'ensemble des 15 Commissions électorales de la province".

5. Le rapport conclu que "ce constat remet en question l'intégrité des résultats de la province car les résultats de cette province ont inversé la tendance constatée par la Mission sur la base des résultats annoncés par les gouverneurs des huit autres provinces du pays".

Sur la base de ce rapport, il est désormais établi que pour les 28 États composants l’Union Européenne, les chiffres proclamés en faveur d’Ali Bongo sont peu crédibles et il n’a par conséquent pas remporté l’élection. En d’autres termes, ce blog tire la conclusion qu’Ali Bongo ne puisse pas continuer à servir comme Président du Gabon. Nous devons entamer une campagne diplomatique auprès des 28 membres de l’UE et des organisations travaillants avec elle telle que les Nations Unis et l’Union Africaine, pour que les électeurs Gabonais soient rétablis dans leurs droits.

On ne lâche rien ! 2016 ne sera pas 2009.
