• Between 1967 and 2009, Omar bongo received every day: 200,000 X 3 = 600,000 US dollars. 600,000 X 365 X 42 = 9,198,000,000 (9 billion 198 million dollars, or about 5,000 billion CFA francs)

• Every quarter, ELF paid Bongo an additional $ 10 million, or $ 40 million annually or at least CFA 20 billion. In 42 years, that makes 1,700 billion CFA francs.

• Out of these funds alone, Omar Bongo would have received from Elf the equivalent of: 5,000 + 1,700 = 6,700 billion CFA francs.

• Add to that what Areva, Rougier, Shell, etc… were paying him; plus what he looted from the public treasury, you begin to understand the extent of the mess.

En plus de cela, ELF versait encore a Bongo sur une base trimestrielle, un fond de souveraineté de 10 millions de dollars américain. Chers lecteurs, faisons un petit calcul :

 

·       Entre 1967 et 2009, le Gabon a produit en moyenne 200000 barils de pétrole par jour.

·       Entre 1967 et 2009, Omar bongo a reçu chaque jour : 200000 X 3 = 600000 dollars américains. 600000 X 365 X 42 = 9198000000 (9 milliards 198 millions de dollars, soit environ 5000 milliards de francs CFA)

·       Tous les trimestres, ELF versait à Bongo 10 millions de dollars supplémentaires, soit 40 millions de dollars annuels ou au moins 20 milliards de francs CFA. En 42 ans, cela fait 1700 milliards de francs CFA.

·       Rien que sur ces fonds, Omar Bongo aurait reçu d’Elf l’équivalent de : 5000 + 1700 = 6700 milliards de francs CFA.
