The Gabonese Vivien Amos Péa would is said to be the maternal cousin of Ali Bongo, that is to say via Patience Dabany. According to Africa Intelligence, he would also be close to Sylvia Bongo, who would have supported him financially during his studies in France.

 

Vivien Amos Péa would have obtained the Certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (CAPA) in October 2020. This diploma is one of the conditions for practicing as a lawyer in France. Immediately, he found work in France, with the Parisian firm Betto Perben Pradel Filhol, which specializes in oil contracts in Africa.

 

Professionally, in addition to having been at the head of the UJPDG, Union of Youth of the Gabonese Democratic Party, he was an employee of Addax Petroleum (Sinopec group) as a lawyer between 2011 and 2014, then joined Gabon Oil Co (GOC) at the request of Ali Bongo, in charge of legal affairs and relations with the presidency and the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons (DGH). But having had stormy relations with Arnauld Engandji, he left GOC in 2017 and returned to continue his studies in France.

Vivien Amos Péa aurait obtenu le Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat (CAPA) en octobre 2020. Ce diplôme est l'une des conditions pour exercer en tant qu'avocat en France. Immédiatement, il a trouvé du travail en France, auprès du cabinet parisien Betto Perben Pradel Filhol, qui se spécialise dans les contrats pétroliers en Afrique.

 

Sur le plan professionnel, en plus d’avoir été à la tête de l’UJPDG, Union des jeunes du Parti démocratique gabonais, il fut salarié d'Addax Petroleum (groupe Sinopec) comme juriste entre 2011 et 2014, puis intégra la Gabon Oil Co (GOC) à la demande d’Ali Bongo, comme chargé des affaires juridiques et des relations avec la présidence et la Direction générale des hydrocarbures (DGH). Mais ayant eu des relations orageuses avec Arnauld Engandji, il quitta la GOC en 2017 et retourna poursuivre ses études en France.
