Fait insolite au Gabon, les magistrats sont dans la rue; ils se révoltent. Ali Bongo est désormais à l’épreuve des faits. Il aura beau nier les évidences, mais la pirogue prend de l’eau de toute part. Comme tous les autres Gabonais, les magistrats, qu’ils osent le dire ou non, ont marre de ce régime personnalisé à outrance qui leur a ravi toute autorité et toute indépendance judiciaire. Mêmes les magistrats demandent leur liberté.

Sommes-nous en train de vivre, par la confluence du ras le bol général affiché par la population Gabonaise, la résurrection d’une autodétermination Gabonaise qu’on croyait à jamais ensevelie ? La réponse à cette question pourrait dépendre de la solidité de ce mouvement de contestation des magistrats et de la réceptivité qu’en ferrait le corps social Gabonais. Si les magistrats tiennent le coup et que les Gabonais se joignent à eux, Ali Bongo serait en péril certain.
