Mr. Babylas Boton of Africa 24 forgot to remind this to Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo:

Article 90 of the Gabonese constitution states the following:

The functions of member of the Constitutional Court are incompatible with any other public office and with any private professional activity, subject to the exceptions provided by the organic law (L.1 / 94 of 18 March 1994).

How does Mrs. Mborantsuo reconcile her function of President of the Constitutional Court and that of being owner-investor of a paying school complex, that is to say is for profit? Is this not a departure from the constitution of Gabon? Will she still say that this is harassment?

Les fonctions de membre de la Cour constitutionnelle sont incompatibles avec toute autre fonction publique et avec toute activité professionnelle privée, sous réserve des exceptions prévues par la loi organique (L.1/94 du 18 mars 1994).

Comment Madame Mborantsuo réconcilie-t-elle sa fonction de Présidente de la Cour Constitutionnelle et celle de propriétaire-investisseur d’un complexe scolaire payant, c’est-à-dire à but lucratif ? N’est-ce pas là une entorse à la constitution du Gabon ? Dira-t-elle encore que c’est de l’acharnement ?
