Regarding the awarding of contracts for the construction of the Headquarter of the Constitutional Court, Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo first said that it was not she who dealt with tenders, but a commission composed of 6 members took care of it. She knew absolutely nothing about it. She would not have been presented with this dossier.

Then, when Babylas Boton told her that a large part of the award studies had been entrusted to two companies belonging to her son, suddenly Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo remembered that she has documents attesting of all the companies who participated in the market studies and could present them.

Of two things one, either she was not aware of the companies that were receiving the contracts, or she knew about them; but not simultaneously both, as indicated by her contradictory answers.

A propos de l’attribution des marchés relatifs à la construction du siège de la Cour Constitutionnelle, Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo dit d’abord que ce n’est pas elle qui s’occupait des appels d’offres, mais qu’une commission composée de 6 membres s’y était occupée. Elle n’en savait absolument rien. On ne lui aurait pas présenté ce dossier.

Puis, quand Babylas Boton lui dit qu’une grande partie des études d’attribution de marchés aurait été confiée à deux entreprises appartenant à son fils, voici que subitement, Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo se rappelle qu’elle a les documents attestant de toutes les entreprises qui ont participé aux études de marchés et qu’elle pouvait les présenter.

De deux choses l’une, soit elle n’était pas au courant des entreprises qui recevaient les marchés, soit elle était au courant ; mais pas simultanément les deux, comme l’indiquent ses réponses contradictoires.
