GUY NZOUBA-NDAMA’S PRE-CAMPAIGN SPEECH. LE DISCOURS DE PRÉ-CAMPAGNE DE GUY NZOUBA-NDAMA

We propose to you footage of a recent pre-campaign speech of the declared 2016 presidential candidate, Guy Nzouba-Ndama.

According to this blog, this speech seems to have been intended to make the candidate known to the general Gabonese public, to pose a national diagnosis in front of that public that would allow him to stand as the remedial man.

This speech was aimed at being populist and in our view, rather simplistic; liberally borrowing from Gregory Ngbwa-Mintsa (no one will develop Gabon in place of the Gabonese people), and André Mba-Obame (pledging to defend the Gabonese vote), without presenting neither a clearly defined context of the statements or the methods to be used to achieve the goals. But as the candidate said, he will be more explicit during the campaign.

Nous vous proposons les vidéos d’un récent discours de pré-campagne du candidat déclaré à la présidentielle 2016, Guy Nzouba-Ndama.

De l’avis de ce blog, ce discours semble avoir eu pour objectif de faire connaitre le candidat au grand public Gabonais, de poser à ce public un diagnostic national lui permettant de se présenter comme l’homme du sursaut.

Ce discours s’est voulu populiste et à notre avis assez simpliste ; empruntant généreusement à Gregory Ngbwa-Mintsa (personne ne viendra développer le Gabon à la place des Gabonais), à André Mba-Obame (défendre le vote des Gabonais), sans situer de manière claire ni le contexte des affirmations, ni les méthodes qui seront utilisées pour parvenir aux objectifs. Mais comme a dit le candidat, il sera plus explicite pendant la campagne.
