When we noticed that Pierre Mamboundou strayed and served as a stepping stone for Ali Bongo, we never failed to point it out to you. So when Mamboundou pulled himself together by taking positions along the lines of the protection of the votes of the Gabonese people, we must render to Caesar what belongs to him. Below is an interview with Mamboundou criticizing the refusal of Ali Bongo to embrace electoral transparency, and a declaration of civil society. The camps are now lhe'd out: on the one hand those who want transparency, on the other the Bongo regime which opposes it.
