According to Africa Energy Intelligence, this secret field is estimated to contain 25 million barrels of crude oil reserves; and would be of great interest to Perenco. This site was first named Roussette and Espadon, then Sardine. More seriously, the granting of exploitation permits for this site completely escapes the Gabonese Ministry of Petroleum. But during this time, the Gabonese dance Elone on the orders of Bilié by Nzé!

To be awarded this site, Perenco secretly negotiates with, not a Gabonese individual, financial Yariv Elbaz owner of the company Forafric Energy, which also manages certain assets of the Gabonese sovereign fund.

The decrees of exploitation would have been signed by the Gabonese Minister of Budget and Public Accounts, Jean-Fidèle Otandault, but having neither the technical skills nor the 200 million dollars necessary for the development of the field, Forafric seeks a partnership with Perenco.

Yariv Elbaz would like to sell the majority of his stakes in Sardine to Perenco, while counting on remaining a minority shareholder in the field. To date, the actual owner of the permit is a subsidiary of Forafric named Forafric Energy Gabon which is registered in the Bahamas. This off-shore company has a single shareholder mysteriously called YC Energy company which is based in the UAE free zone. Meanwhile, the Gabonese dance Elone on the orders of Bilié by Nzé!

Dear readers, in fact, this site is managed exclusively by Maixent Accrombessi. Indeed, it was he who brought Vincent Miclet to this issue, in association with discreet Gabonese partners (certainly the Bongos). It is also on Accrombessi’s instruction that the fields of Roussette and Espadon were united to form Sardine. It is still him who sold Sardine to Forafric Energy in 2016.

Ce site a été d’abord baptisé Roussette et Espadon, puis Sardine. Plus grave, l’attribution de permis d’exploitation de ce site échappe complètement au ministère Gabonais du Pétrole. Mais pendant ce temps, les Gabonais dansent l’Elone sur les ordres de Bilié by Nzé !

Pour se voir adjuger ce site, Perenco négocie secrètement avec, non pas un Gabonais, le financier Yariv Elbaz propriétaire de la société Forafric Energy, qui gère également certains actifs du fonds souverain du Gabon.

Chers lecteurs, Yariv Elbaz n’aurait aucune expertise en matière de pétrole. Les décrets d’exploitation auraient été signés par le ministre Gabonais du Budget et des Comptes Publics, Jean-Fidèle Otandault, mais ne disposant ni des compétences techniques, ni des 200 millions de dollars nécessaires au développement du champ, Forafric cherche un partenariat avec Perenco.

Yariv Elbaz voudrait vendre la majorité de ses participations sur Sardine à Perenco, tout en comptant rester actionnaire minoritaire sur le gisement. A ce jour, le propriétaire effectif du permis est une filiale de Forafric baptisée Forafric Energy Gabon qui est enregistrée aux Bahamas. Cette societe off-shore compte un seul actionnaire mystérieusement appelé société YC Energy qui est basée dans la zone franche des Emirats arabes unis. Pendant ce temps, les Gabonais dansent l’Elone sur les ordres de Bilié by Nzé !
