English version

La Lettre du Continent tells us that the opposition to Ali Bongo has refused the post of prime minister that was proposed to them. For this blog, given the electoralists enthusiasm to return closer to Ali Bongo, our hypothesis is that it is not they who would have refused this post, but rather Jean Ping or someone who remains loyal to him.

It is Jean Ping that Ali Bongo would like to brandish as a trophy and it is he who must have said no to the post of Prime Minister. This holds up, because that explains the diplomatic traffic of the great chancelleries to Jean Ping’s home. Some Western diplomats would have liked him to falter.

Upset by this refusal, Ali Bongo would have decided to renew Issoze Ngondet’s term and divide even more the Ping’s camp, offering some gluttons ministerial portfolios.

The three having bitten the hook, Michel Menga M'Essone, Jean de Dieu Moukagni Iwangou and David Mbadinga, lead opposition parties that had already agreed to go to the legislative elections. The parties that refuse these legislative elections are still grouped around Jean Ping.

But wanting to weaken Jean Ping at all costs, Ali Bongo's fishing in the Ping camp is not over. He is always looking for some gluttons to take the bait.
