Failing to assert any economic record for Gabon at the international level, Ali Bongo begins to exhibit his environmental policy, to be noticed.

Ali Bongo would like to take the opportunity of the 24th United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP24), which will be held in Poland from December 3rd to 14th, to remind the world that he would be a champion of ecology.

For this purpose, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Régis Immongault, leads a small group that will make the trip to Poland. This team will include, Ali Bongo's Special Adviser, Tanguy Guillaume Gahouma Bekalé, who is permanent secretary of the National Climate Council (CNC) of Gabon; and Stanislas Stephen Mouba Olouna.

To please the Westerners, Ali Bongo relies on his Special Adviser Michael Fay who is American and on the British Lee White, executive secretary of the National Agency of National Parks (ANPN).

Ne parvenant pas à faire valoir un quelconque bilan économique pour le Gabon sur le plan international, Ali Bongo se met à exhiber sa politique environnementale pour se faire remarquer.

Ali Bongo voudrait saisir l'occasion de la 24e conférence des Nations unies sur le climat (COP24), qui sera organisée en Pologne du 3 au 14 décembre, pour rappeler au monde qu’il serait un champion de l’écologie.

A cet effet, le ministre des affaires étrangères, Régis Immongault, dirige un petit groupe qui fera le déplacement en Pologne. Cette équipe comprendra, le Conseiller spécial d’Ali Bongo, Tanguy Guillaume Gahouma Bekalé, qui est secrétaire permanent du Conseil national climat (CNC) du Gabon ; et de Stanislas Stephen Mouba Olouna.

Pour plaire aux occidentaux, Ali Bongo s’appuie sur son Conseiller Spécial Michael Fay qui est Americain et sur le Britannique Lee White, secrétaire exécutif de l'Agence nationale des parcs nationaux (ANPN).
