A peine avons-nous publié le billet précédent, que les Oliguistes nous sont tombés dessus, arguant que nous ne comprenions rien au droit constitutionnel et qu’un gouvernement démissionnaire assurait néanmoins les affaires courantes et qu’en ce sens, Madame Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa était dans son bon droit de donner cette conférence presse. Ils nous ont donné l’exemple de ce qui s’est passé en France après la démission du gouvernement Attal.

 

Justement, ce blog s’est penché sur les dispositions constitutionnelles françaises qui régissaient la démission du gouvernement Attal. Voici ce qui en retourne :

 

La chaine de télévision française TF1 avait expliqué les attributs du gouvernement démissionnaire ici. Il apparait clairement qu’après sa démission, le gouvernement d’expédition des affaires courantes ne pouvait qu’administrer le quotidien, s'en tenir au minimum pour que la machine étatique continue à tourner. Il ne pouvait plus réformer quoi que ce soit, ni mettre en place un programme politique.

 

Chers lecteurs, il n’appartient donc plus à Madame Murielle Minkoue-Mintsa de venir pérorer sur des élections futures, ou des reformes futurs d’institutions. Ce ne sont pas des affaires courantes, donc d’administration quotidiennes.
