As an example, we give you the President Obama’s record of 8 years in power, on the unemployment rate in his country; on the graph above. As you can see, as soon as he came to power in 2008, the subprime crash brought the US unemployment rate to 10%. But when he left power in late 2016, Obama had cut the unemployment rate by half. This is an excellent record in a key sector that informs the public about the effectiveness of a president.

Comme vous pouvez le lire, aussitôt arrive au pouvoir en 2008, le crash des subprimes porta le taux de chômage aux USA a 10%. Mais a son départ du pouvoir en fin 2016, Obama avait réduit ce taux de chômage de moitié. Voila un excellent bilan dans un secteur clé qui informe l’opinion sur l’efficacité d’un président.
