Sonia Rolland was born on February 11, 1981 in Kigali, Rwanda; of a French father and a Rwandan mother. The family left the Great Lakes region in 1994 during the Tutsi genocide, because the mother was from that ethnic group, to take refuge in France. The family moved to Burgundy.

 

She became Miss Burgundy in 1998, which qualified her for Miss France. She became Miss France 2000, the first person with African origins to win that beauty competition. On May 12, 2000, Sonia Rolland finished 9th out of 83 candidates in the Miss Universe contest. She was undoubtedly, by the criteria of these beauty pageants, one of the most beautiful women in the world.

 

From this celebrity, Sonia Rolland would receive the attention of the Bongo clan and they would bring her to Libreville, supposedly to sponsor beauty contests in Gabon.

 

A French judicial investigation has just revealed that in 2003, Omar Bongo had, through two of his henchmen, in particular: Henri-Claude Oyima, who released the funds via BGFI, and Brice-Clotaire Oligui, Personnel military aid to Omar Bongo, who served as a front to set up real estate company in France (SCI Pearl), which was going to buy an apartment of 800,000 euros (525 million CFA francs) in the XVIth district of Paris, whose keys were given as a gift to Sonia Rolland, by one of the Bongos lawyers in France.

 

This apartment is not the only gift made by Omar Bongo to Sonia Roland. Indeed, in 2012, an article published in Echos du Nord, revealed for example, that a bank withdrawal of 150 million CFA francs from Omar Bongo's accounts at the BGFI, intended for Sonia Rolland, would never have reached her, certainly diverted by someone within that bank.

 

This blog has consulted some people who were in the Bongos social circles in the early 2000s and their verdict is straightforward: Omar Bongo was sleeping with Sonia Rolland!

 

In 2005, when Omar Bongo fell seriously ill, Sonia Rolland entered into a relationship with Christophe Rocancourt, with whom she would have a daughter in 2007. Who is this Christophe Rocancourt? He was a French con artist who called himself Christopher Rockefeller in the USA, in Hollywood, and was very close to the Bongo family in Beverly Hills, especially Lea Bongo who at the time was close to the Jackson family, especially Jermaine Jackson. Lea Bongo and her accomplice Christophe Rocancourt, were sentenced in the USA for passport trafficking; but the Bongo family would have their daughter exfiltrated before the sentencing.

 

By questioning Sonia Rolland, it is the first time that the Central Office for the Repression of Major Financial Crime (OCRGDF) of France, is interested in someone outside the Bongo family, in the context of concealment, money laundering , and embezzlement of Gabonese public funds.

 

According to the OCRGDF, the purchaser of Sonia Rolland's apartment, SCI Pearl, would be a French real estate company, that had a subsidiary in Gabon holding an account in a local bank (BGFI), on which had been regularly deposited huge sums of money, over the years, delivered by Omar Bongo's collaborators, including his personal military aide Brice-Clotaire Oligui.

 

In this case, there are many complicities; there is the notary who is complicit in money laundering, because they validated a private sale whose financial source came from the public money of an African State; from the Bongos’ lawyer who delivered the turnkey apartment to Sonia Rolland; from the Parisian banks which received the money from the BGFI, from Sonia Rolland herself for having accepted a gift bought with money stolen from the Gabonese people and hiding the real source of the funding to the French authorities; etc.

Une enquête judiciaire française vient de révéler qu’en 2003, Omar Bongo ait par le truchement de deux de ses hommes de mains, notamment : Henri-Claude Oyima dont la BGFI débloqua les fonds, et Brice-Clotaire Oligui, Aide de Camp personnel d’Omar Bongo, qui servit de prête-nom pour constituer une SCI en France (SCI Pearl), qui allait acheter un appartement de 800000 euros (525 millions de francs CFA) dans le XVIième arrondissement de Paris, dont les clés furent remises en cadeau à Sonia Rolland, par un des avocats des Bongo en France.

 

Cet appartement n’est pas la seule largesse faite par Omar Bongo à Sonia Roland. En effet, en 2012, un article paru dans Echos du Nord, nous révéla par exemple qu’un débit bancaire de 150 millions de francs CFA des comptes d’Omar Bongo à la BGFI, destinés à Sonia Rolland, ne lui serait jamais parvenu, certainement détourné au sein de cette banque.

 

Ce blog a consulté certaines personnes qui étaient dans les milieux mondains des Bongos, au début des années 2000 et leur verdict est direct : Omar Bongo couchait Sonia Rolland !

 

En 2005, au moment où Omar Bongo tombe sérieusement malade, Sonia Rolland s’est mise en couple avec Christophe Rocancourt, dont elle aura une fille en 2007. Qui est ce Christophe Rocancourt ? C’est un escroc Français qui se faisait appeler Christopher Rockefeller aux USA, à Hollywood, et était très proche de la famille Bongo à Beverly Hills, notamment de Lea Bongo qui à l’époque était proche de la famille Jackson, notamment Jermaine Jackson. Lea Bongo et son complice Christophe Rocancourt furent condamnés aux USA pour trafic de passeports ; mais la famille Bongo fera exfiltrer leur fille avant la sentence.

 

En interpellant Sonia Rolland, c’est la première fois que l’Office central de répression de la grande délinquance financière (OCRGDF) de France, s’intéresse à quelqu’un hors de la famille Bongo, dans le cadre de recel, de blanchiment, et de détournement de fonds publics Gabonais.

 

D’après l’OCRGDF, l’acquéreur de l’appartement de Sonia Rolland, la SCI Pearl, serait une société immobilière française, ayant une filiale au Gabon détenant un compte dans une banque locale (la BGFI), sur lequel avaient été régulièrement déposées pendant des années, d’énormes sommes d’argent, livrées par des collaborateurs d’Omar Bongo, dont son aide de camp personnel Brice-Clotaire Oligui.

 

Dans cette affaire, les complicités sont nombreuses ; il y a le notaire qui est complice de blanchiment d'argent, car il valide une vente privée dont la source financière provient de l’argent public d’un Etat Africain ; de l’avocat des Bongo qui a livré l’appartement clés en main à Sonia Rolland, des banques parisiennes qui ont reçu l’argent de la BGFI, Sonia Rolland elle-même pour avoir accepté un cadeau acheté avec de l’argent volé au peuple Gabonais et caché l’origine réelle des fonds aux autorités françaises; etc.
