The C'BON regime has just announced that it will provide 250 two-bedroom houses in Bikele Zong, near Ntoum, at least 30 kilometers from Libreville, for the displaced people of the Sainte Marie valley.

Le régime C’BON vient d’annoncer qu’il va mettre à la disposition des déguerpis de la vallée Sainte Marie, 250 maisons de deux chambres á Bikele Zong, près de Ntoum, á au moins 30 kilomètres de Libreville.

 

Mais il y a comme un petit probleme : au bas mot, ce sont 5000 familles qui se retrouvent dans la rue et on ne propose de reloger que 250 d’entre elles. Voici nos questions pour le grand matheux qu’est C’BON :

 

1.      Comment choisira-t-il les 250 familles qui recevront les maisons ?

2.      Puisqu’il n’y a pas de registre fiable de déguerpis, sur quelle base la distribution se fera ? Sur celle des titres fonciers ? Non car très peu des déguerpis en avaient. Sur quoi alors ?

3.      250, c’est 5% de 5000. Comment se logeront les 95% restant ?

 

C’BON a 250 maisons à distribuer à 5000 familles ; mais les oliguistes nous diront que lui-même sait ce qu’il fait et qu’il trouvera une solution.
